In this 35 minute class, we'll complete exercises focused on muscular strength and endurance. This class is for beginners and beyond! No equipment is needed, although an exercise mat is recommended.

Optional: If you have dumbbells or something similar, you can have them on hand as an option to add more resistance to certain exercises.
